In astrology, Mercury, the planet of communication, goes “retrograde” several times a year. This means it appears to move backward in the sky, which can stir anxiety for some as it’s a time when things often don’t go according to plan. But for those on a journey of healing and recovery, Mercury Retrograde is a sacred pause, an invitation to realign with the self, tune into our deepest intentions, and navigate any lingering shadows.

Reclaiming Communication with the Self
